Be a vendor!
Our vendor village will showcase artisans, food, retailers, practitioners and more. We carefully select the vendors based on quality, efficiency and presentation. It is extremely important that all of our vendors are positive, friendly, and professional.
Expect to see flow-through traffic from festival participants and Santa Fe, Pueblo, Albuquerque and northern New Mexico local residents, as well guests attending from throughout the Rocky Mountain region. October has a high volume of people visiting Santa Fe and northern New Mexico for entertainment, shopping and fall sightseeing.
We are committed to the local Santa Fe, Albuquerque and tribal communities. We support eco-friendly brands, resources for family and children, healthy living and plant-based products, and we welcome any and all applicants that make a positive contribution to our local and regional community.
PLEASE NOTE: Enlightened Life Festival provides tent coverage, lighting, tables and chairs to all vendors, which are included with the vending fee. Vendors are NOT allowed to bring their own tents or tables, but may bring up to 2 extra folding chairs if desired.

Festival Vending Dates and Hours
October 18-21, 2019
Friday: 3 – 9 pm – Saturday/Sunday: 9 am – 9 pm – Monday: 9 am – 2 pm
Equipment
The festival provides vendor tent coverage, lighting in vendor areas, (1) 8′ table and (2) chairs. Double booths: If you would like to request a double booth, please note it in your application. We have a limited amount of space, so not all requests for double booths can be accommodated.
Accepted Vendors are required to have:
- Signed Vendor Contract
- Business License
- Sales Tax Permit (out of state vendors must pay sales tax to Pojoaque, NM)

Pricing
10′ x 12′ Booth: $1,500
Double Booth (Limited Availability): $3,000
Pricing includes tent coverage, vendor area lighting, (1) 8 ft table and (2) chairs. All single booth vendors receive (1) complimentary general admission ticket. Double booth vendors receive (2) general admission tickets. Vendor fees are non-refundable. 25% deposit is due on approval.
